考量長隧道事故的風險
其實台九台二都是往來台北宜蘭的替代道路
但是大家就是不喜歡繞路更不喜歡自己被塞到
常常想要找出提高國五車速的方式
但車速越快越容易發生嚴重事故
如果今天國五提高到110+-10，而隧道內發生高速事故那可不是開玩笑的
說雪隧低死亡事故率是靠塞車也不為過
雖然阿Q但如果我是主事者，權衡之下也會讓它繼續塞
建議做好去宜蘭就是會塞的心理準備，這樣心情會好一點。
本身宜蘭人，有這條塞車但安全的高速公路已經滿足，在場有多少人在台九台二宜蘭往台北塞過8小時的？那才叫痛苦！
更不要說花東朋友回家的路有多遙遠了
