小弟想改煞車,心裡有底要怎麼改了,但想把改裝的成效變化為公式讓鄉民知道怎麼改裝
,發起了這個討論版,歡迎各位先知前輩提供看法及意見
以下為小弟假設
原廠碟盤280mm,來令片高度51.9,活塞直徑為38mm,來令片摩擦係數為0.5u
需改裝加大碟至350mm,原廠卡鉗不變,那麼煞車力矩會增加多少呢
小弟假設公式是這樣
有效碟盤半徑x活塞面積x摩擦係數
(有效碟盤半徑抓在來令片的中間好了)
原廠280碟盤
114.05x1133.54x0.5=64640.12
加大碟350碟盤
149.05x1133.54x0.5=84477.07
加大碟力矩/原廠碟力矩=
84477.07/64640.12=1.3
整體來說增加了1.3倍的力道
如果改多活塞卡鉗只要把總活塞面積除以2帶入公式即可,來令片摩擦係數看你用那種的
來令帶入就好
問題點在於來令片面積如果增加不知道要如何融入公式內
不知道這樣假設有沒有盲點或是錯誤麻煩各位大大指教
