小弟第一次買車 (工作需求+忍受下雨廢氣已久)，
因為之前幫忙家裡買房存款耗盡所以只能考慮 ALTIS 的小資方案：
《ALTIS 1.8 雅緻》- 車價:656,000
頭款 80,000
期數 36
1~12期月付款 2,999
13~36期月付款 10,752
尾款 350,000
期滿60%購回 393,600

小弟資金狀況
手頭現金: 10來萬
薪資: 每月領現金 45k~55k (但最近幾個月公司開始轉入部分薪資22800)
負債: 房貸每個月2萬 (全家共同負擔但房子在我名下)
信用卡: 花旗、富邦、新光三張，按時繳費
每個月必要的扣完約還有四萬可花用，想請問大家一些問題，

如果是選擇上述的方案，除了頭款8萬、動保設定3500、領牌1250之外，
還需要付其他費用嗎？
如果又要求空車且保險自理，那是否還有降價的空間？
例如車價:656,000 可以折個五萬，剩下的再去用小資方案算之類的...
最後，這個小資方案的貸款資格寬鬆嗎？有點怕貸不過啊，汗...
