Tesla不久前在韓國市場上,因未主動告知消費者電動車在天冷時的續航力會下降,而被
韓國公平貿易委員會開罰28.5億韓元(約新台幣6,900萬元)。相較之下,美國Toyota就坦
然許多,在官網上誠實告知消費者,四輪驅動的bZ4X在華氏零下4度(攝氏零下20度)時,
可能會無法充電,且每天使用兩次以上的直流充電也會對充電時間產生負面影響。

外媒路透社報導指出,韓國公平交易委員會表示,Tesla自2019年8月以來,在韓國官方網
站上所刊登的電動車的續航里程,與其所宣稱優於油車的燃料成本效益等,都涉嫌誇大不
實。韓國公平交易委員會在聲明稿中指出,Tesla電動車在寒冷天氣下,其實際續航里程
和他們的網站上宣稱的,相較之下實際上最多少了50.5%。因此對Tesla開罰28.5億韓元(
約新台幣6,900萬元)。
反觀美國Toyota在官網上對電動車bZ4X的陳述就相對誠實許多,在車款介紹頁面( 點我前
往)最下方寫道,四輪驅動車款在華氏零下4度(攝氏零下20度),可能會無法充電,且每天
使用兩次以上的直流充電也會對充電時間產生負面影響。

北美Toyota在官網上表示,隨著溫度降至華氏50度(攝氏10度)以下時,充電時間將明顯增
加。而雙馬達四輪驅動的bZ4X AWD車款,在華氏32度(攝氏0度)以下的天氣條件下,充電
速度可能比其他型號(單馬達前驅車款)更慢,並且在溫度降至華氏-4度(攝氏零下20度)左
右或更低時,車輛可能無法充電。此外,每天若使用兩次以上的直流充電,也會對充電時
間產生負面影響。
北美Toyota官網上寫道,2023 bZ4X XLE FWD前驅車款的EPA續航里程為252英里(約405公
里);四驅車款XLE AWD則為228英里(約366公里),實際續航里程可能會因車速、車外溫度
、配件使用、駕駛方式/地點、充電習慣和其他因素而減少。電池蓄電力也會隨著使用時
間而減少,因而降低續航里程。
外界認為這是前驅車與四驅車型的電池供應商不同所致。北美市場上的Toyota BZ4X所搭
載的三元鋰電池,供應商分別是松下和寧德時代。其中單馬達前輪驅動車款,搭
