買車時的業務 真的有那麼重要嗎?? - Audi

重不重要其實是看消費者
像長年不管是在車板 或是 Mobile01打混的鄉民
我敢說比業務都還知道他賣的是什麼
那麼業務就只剩下報菜單被砍價的功能
反正他也沒啥好服務的。
但對一些比較少看車訊的消費者,就很重要了
像我帶老婆去試IS200t,普遍車評都說方向盤很輕
我們去試車完卻覺得很重不習慣
事後跟業務說
業務回:"因為那天試車,輪胎沒氣,所以才會覺得重,你這禮拜再來試一次看看。"
然後老婆就說:"我不想試了,日本車就是操控不好。"
所以IS200t就這樣出局了,甚至我想我們這輩子都不用再看日系車了。
而展間換到Audi,本來是約去試A3 5門,我很滿意,我老婆很不滿意
碎碎念外型看起來像小車,沒屁股他不愛,醜。
陪試駕的業務聽到了,試駕回來後指著旁邊的4門A4
業務說:"我有限量的隱藏版、特價,比A3漂亮、比A3大又高級的A4,還比A3便宜"
結果太座滿意到不行,這不就成了嗎?
業務還是很重要的,重點在於能不能看到客戶真正的需求
功課做好做滿來的,也不用服務了,折好折滿再貼一點獎金大概就可以了
一家人來,就要搞清楚真正有影響力的人是誰XD
