車禍-中線車道切入內線擦撞問題 - 汽車

小弟昨天下午在新五路，新莊往五股、八里方向過楓江路口的十字路口處與一台汽車擦撞
，當下由於要載家人去醫院，對方也沒有想留下來處理的意思，雙方並未留下來處理車禍
問題，事後自己有去警局做筆錄，想請問有經驗的版友，此類肇事責任。小弟與對方的肇
事責任大概是占百分之多少？因為對方跟我的後視鏡皆有毀損，想請問是否有需要開立交
通事故登記聯單來請求保險理賠？
