車禍後 修復/報銷 - 汽車

我的車是5年Altis(里程52k)，前陣子人在路上停等紅燈，被後車追撞，由於當時是完全
靜止狀態，所以責任應都在對方身上。
現在車子拖回原廠，並告知業務這台車本來就不常開我很明確不想要這台車了，看可以拿
回多少錢。
但也許就是因為她知道我沒有想要這台車了便開價殘值20萬要買回。 今年8月保險續約估
價殘值27萬我已經覺得很低了，現在雖然是事故車，但是只剩20萬實在難以接受。
看了二手車市這樣也有45萬以上的成交行情，再怎樣20萬是真的有點…
是否要走另外一途徑，讓對方保險幫我把車修理到好，反正我一毛錢都不必花，然後我再
另行賣到2手車市，這樣會不會太麻煩或是也高價不了多少?
在麻煩有經驗或是知道該怎麼處理的人 給點方向
