我覺得車商都是利益取向啦
把CTS升級分成兩種情形:
1. 付費升級
費用要定多少? 10000? 5000? 3000?
定價10000我看大部分車主不會特地去升級, 說到底這功能也是長途有感
非長途其實沒啥差
定價5000去升級的人數應該也有限, 原因如同定價10000 一樣
會多了一些想嘗鮮或是想體驗或偶爾會要用上CTS的客戶(比如我)
定價3000就真的很多人會去升級, 不管有沒有用到, 3000對大部分客戶是比較能
接受的數字, 即便升級後沒用上幾次
台馬自己會要去分析四代馬川跟CX30這幾年賣的數量, 以及客戶升級意願度
2. 免費升級
最大的利益是做既有客戶對品牌的忠誠度
抓回一些因為沒有LV2而開始考慮換車的客戶
賺的就是往後的回廠維修保養費用
以及客戶因為要回原廠升級, 稱機灌一些維修項目在內賺錢
同樣的
台馬也要去跟付費升級比較, 看哪個比較有賺頭
付費升級就偏向收一次費用
免費升級就是放長線釣魚, 賺的是後面
就看台馬怎麼決定啦
當然有免費升級那一定是香爆
