情況可以分3種
A車在前,B車在後，兩車同車道。
1.
A車跟B車皆未超速，且B比A快。
(這無話可說，A車應該讓道)
2.
A車跟B車皆超速，且B比A快。
(兩個都超速，沒什麼好說，理論上還是要讓道吧)
3.
A車未超速B車超速，且B比A快。
（我想不到什麼好理由，可以因為對方超速就不讓，法律規定不能無視B車，又不能自己也超速）
感覺不管有沒有超速，
A車理論上來說要讓道啊，
不然是~想被撞?還是想搞小制裁？
