關於山路換檔 - 開車

小弟開車新手
上週末跑了一小段北宜公路(宜蘭到坪林段)
由於當天車流量很大所以想說盡量跟著前車
當天的平均車速感覺是50-60左右
我的換檔幾乎都是在3-4檔之間
主要是快要過彎時就提早降3檔配合腳踩一些煞車來轉彎
但是一過彎回到直線後
又覺得用3檔要加速維持在時速6X 轉速有點高(約3.4千轉左右) 感覺有點耗油
所以又自己換到4檔
想要問這樣子的換檔動作是否有意義??
還是其實只要一直維持在3檔甚至更低的檔位就可以了??
