最近跑高速公路(國3)，發現有三種路面，一種是同市區道路一樣，一種開起來很順，幾
乎沒有胎噪(音)，第三種則是很粗糙的水泥色路面，開在上面胎噪(音)很大。
請問路面分成三種是有什麼特殊考慮嗎?
