前一陣子在看 Vtec Club，裡面有訪問市嶋樹對於引擎機油的看法
他認為一般的使用者，即便是每年跑一兩次賽道的使用者，用原廠推薦的
機油就可以了，而且也絕對不要去用flush oil去洗引擎。
而一般人認為更換周期較長的變速箱油(transmission fluid)，他則是建議換機油的時
候同時更換，他認為變速箱油才是最重要的。
