(一) New world champion Sebastian Vettel is not the best driver in Formula 1,
according to former Renault team boss Flavio Briatore. "Vettel is definitely
good," said the Italian. "But he won because he best managed his phenomenal car
. He is not the best. If there was a race where they were all in the same car,
Vettel would be behind Fernando Alonso and also Lewis Hamilton. On a
qualifying lap, I see Vettel in pole position, then Hamilton and Alonso third."

(二) Vettel has raised the bar for what is expected of a world
championship-winning driver, according to BBC pundit and Red Bull adviser David
Coulthard. "Up until this year, Alonso was the benchmark in F1 because he won
back-to-back championships for Renault at a time when Michael was still at his
peak at Ferrari, and even Seb looked at him like that. But now that's changing
. It's not that Fernando has lost his powers, it's that Seb has proved his
ability to deliver the lap time, energise the team, pull things back when it's
not going well, not make many mistakes."

(四) Mercedes GP have rubbished talk that they are on the verge of breaking
F1's Resource Restriction Agreement, ahead of talks in Korea this weekend to
end unease about spending limits.

(資源限制協議)的邊緣，本周末在韓國的會議會舒緩關於花費限制的不安。



(五) Group Lotus owner Proton has denied that it has plans to sell a stake in
the sportscar manufacturer to Renault team owner Gerard Lopez.

(六) Williams F1, designer Mike Coughlan and Nascar team Michael Waltrip Racing
(MWR) have announced that they have reached an amicable solution to the
dispute arising out of Coughlan leaving the American team to join Williams.
In July, MWR told BBC Sport that they wanted compensation for what they
believed was a breach of contract.

(七) Former GP2 and A1GP driver Neel Jani has become the latest driver to demo
a Red Bull F1 car by driving along the world's highest developed road on the
Khardung-La pass in India.

他將車開上了位在印度Khardung-La pass，世界最高的開發中道路。
