印度車手Narain Karthikeyan將會在印度大賽重新坐上F1賽車，他將代表HRT車隊，
同時在新加坡賽事週也會於自由練習中登場。
這位34歲的印度之光將於10/30在祖國出賽，也是為首次舉辦的印度大獎賽增光。
HRT車隊老闆Colin Kolles表示高興看到Narian在印度比賽。
Karthikeyan是在2005年效力Jordan車隊，並且在美國大賽中拿下第四名的好成績、
隔了五年之後被HRT延攬並且在賽季初亮相。
不過好景不常，歐洲站後他被菜鳥車手Danial Ricciardo取代而失去位置。
「能在賽事週再度坐上F1賽車是很棒的感覺，新加坡街道賽絕對是一個挑戰，
因為對我來說是一個全新的賽道。
體能是一個關鍵，因為速度、當地氣溫濕度以及路面狀況都有難度。
為了迎接印度大賽，讓我能夠回到比賽狀態是條漫長的路。
不過能夠實現在家鄉跑F1的這個夢想真是非常棒。」
