推文跟原PO解釋太累了直接回一篇
超速當然不安全,這無疑問,任何情況下,超速都是提高危險性
但是這跟發生車禍的因果是"沒有必然相關"
好比在國道上行駛,
未保持安全距離、任意變換車道、甚至逆向、迴轉、倒車等等
跟超速一樣都是提高危險性
你今天要說超速不安全,這是對的,
第一篇文章說的是超速會使每件車禍致死率提高4%
但是我再強調這跟車禍的"發生原因"並沒有必然相關
舉個例子:
A車在國道速限110路段,行駛外線開錶速115,(假設A車錶速很準理論上他已經超速)
B車行駛中線開110,但錯過交流道,直接急煞並迴轉走外線逆向想下交流道
A車煞車閃避不及,與B車發生車禍。
請問警方事故初判及事故鑑定委員會,事故原因會寫是A車超速還是B車逆向?

105年整體就有47.9%未保持安全距離、12.8%是變換車道或方向不當
超速根本連前10都排不上
講極端一點,如果車禍因果關係都不分清楚,
每件車禍都直接看一方有沒有超速,如果有就一定是他的錯
那我只要開在速限,然後看路上只要有誰是比我快的,
故意撞下去之後再狠狠敲他一筆賠償就好了,光賺和解金我就飽了。
車禍發生必然有因,但是主因次因要搞清楚
不然事故初判幹麻? 要事故鑑定幹麻?
直接咬對方超速就好啦..
