▌單元介紹
一直以來，
國產車因為售價和後端維修具有銷售優勢，
但是安全性如何，
向來也是消費者心中的疑慮。
國外因為有NCAP，
也就是新車評鑑制度，
透過非營利組織，
公開車輛的碰撞資訊，
讓消費者在選購時，
有一定的參考值。
反觀台灣只有強制性的碰撞法規，
測試結果不公開，
消費者無法得知各產品的差異性。
對台灣的駕駛人來說，
購買國產車後，
當遇上強烈撞擊的意外事故時，
自己和乘客的安全到底有沒有辦法確保，
並沒有公開透明的科學資訊有所依循。
因此有民眾發起公開碰撞結果的要求，
繼而有立法委員要求交通部研擬設置NCAP制度。
這項制度，
不只是提供消費者選車指南，
其中許多安全指標，
也正面引領車廠和消費者對於安全意識的提升。
台灣有設立的可能嗎？
