賓士M272引擎進氣歧管 - 歐洲車

想請教一下
這種有可變進氣長度和可變出氣口的進氣歧管
低轉的時候歧管會變成進氣路徑較長、出氣口較小
那怠速是不是包含在低轉的狀況裡?
下圖是M272進氣歧管

可變進氣長度:
低轉時圖一的22/6被抽成負壓,2號桿和3號桿往上提,
歧管內的進氣路徑會改變成較長,高轉則相反,如下圖

可變出氣口(擾流板, aka tumble flap or swirl flap):
低轉與低負載時圖一的22/9被抽成負壓,1號桿往上提,
擾流板旋出,改變油氣流速和流動方式,如下圖

高轉或高負載時22/9無負壓,1號桿由內部彈簧復位,擾流板收回,如下圖

如果以上理解沒有錯誤,
怠速時應該22/6和22/9這三個diaphragm都應該抽成負壓,
但是我發動時看這三個桿子都沒有作動,不知道為什麼?
另外想請問維修的建議:
我前幾天回原廠插電腦發現有故障碼P2004
上網搜了一下發現原來是個通病
就是可變進氣口的機構有一塊塑膠的三角板裂了(第二張圖紅圈處)
原廠的處理方式是整組換掉,價格我沒問,預估至少4.5~5萬
副廠pierburg據說是賓士歧管的供應商,含工2.5~3萬
或是用台製的三角板來維修,料錢2000,含工1萬
關於維修方式,
看到以下幾種說法:
1. 換金屬三角板以後就不會裂了
2. 要換塑膠三角板,避免其他連桿受損
3. 因擾流片積碳,作動阻力太大這塊三角板才會破,換整組歧管才是正解,因為:
a. 換金屬三角板: 擾流片可能爆掉,塑膠碎片掉進進氣門,悲劇
b. 換塑膠三角板: 因為已經積碳作動不順,沒多久還是要裂
以上說法看似都有點道理......
不過我是覺得換金屬的行不通,
因為三角板的死點是金屬檔塊,
一直敲擊的情況下22/9的1號桿會斷(實際上也有人斷過),
這個斷掉是很難找到料來換的,
就算找到也不如換一組副廠歧管划算。
再者,賓士這塊用塑膠材料,
整組機構的最弱點設計在這裡是有其考量?
還是就單純偷工減料? 囧
不知道各位怎麼看?
